We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast options were delicious. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the many facilities it had to offer. For us, the best aspect of this stay was the beautiful garden filled with various types of plants. We also appreciated the convenient location, easy to get around the area.

The location is inconvenient for those wanting to be close to the beach. It lacks a restaurant, and the shopping mall about 4 km away is the closest option. On the bright side, the garden is a lovely place, with hundreds of different species of plants. the modern place has a good Wi-Fi connection, and the Thai or American breakfast is excellent.

The staff did not anticipate the need for hot water in the handbasin, which was surprising in a modern place.

Great breakfast selection and fast Wi-Fi connection. The room was kept very clean and tidy. I liked the complimentary toiletries and the comfortable bed. Although the hotel is not close to the city center, the good news is that there is public transportation nearby that takes you to the main attractions within 30 minutes. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking, which is great if you have your own car.

The staff wasn't very welcoming and didn't make us feel at home. They didn't provide us with enough information about where to go and what to do around the area. Plus, there was no restaurant in the hotel, so we had to walk for 10 minutes to find a decent place to eat. The bathroom was too small and cramped, and the air conditioning was very noisy and interrupted my sleep. The overall experience was disappointing and not worth the price we paid.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall quality of the experience. Secondly, the location was fantastic. Situated near a beautiful garden with countless plant species and not far from a picturesque lake, it offered a tranquil and scenic setting. Lastly, the staff and service were superb. The friendly and helpful Thai couple who owned the hotel made me feel welcome, and the Thai staff were polite and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable with big windows providing a great view of the lush garden.

I couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel. Everything was just right.

It offered a great value for money and ensured a delightful start to the day.
